Agreement
These terms govern your use of Unpack, a macOS app by Siliconmac LLC FZ (“SiliconMac”, “we”). By downloading, installing or using Unpack, you agree to these terms.
License and price
Unpack is free. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on Macs you own or control, for personal or business use. If paid versions or features are ever introduced, the price will be shown clearly before you buy.
Third-party components
Unpack uses tools built into macOS and includes unar, from The Unarchiver project, which is provided under its own open-source license.
Your files
You are responsible for the archives you open and for having the right to use their contents. If you turn on moving archives to the Trash, Unpack moves an archive there after extracting it. Keep backups of important files.
Restrictions
Do not sell or redistribute Unpack or modified copies, or remove its notices. Download Unpack only from siliconmac.com or through its built-in updater.
No warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unpack is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Unpack, if any.
